- Do I need a reservation? If so, when should I make one?
- Yes, a reservation is needed. For Private Boat Charter, you need to make it no later than 7 days (a week) before the departure. For Scheduled Cruise in sharing the boat, please make it by the day before the departure.
* You may not be able to secure a seat if you try to make a reservation on the day before the departure. Early reservation would be recommended.
- Can I join just by myself?
- For Scheduled Cruise, we will accept the reservation for minimum 2 persons.
- Is there any possibility to cancel the operation?
- In case that a typhoon would hit the Kanto region, we will make an announcement of the cancellation by the day before the departure.
- If I need to cancel the reservation, how much would the cancellation fee be?
- The below cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled.
Within 1 month before the departure…20% Within 2 weeks before the departure…30% Within a week before the departure…50% Day of the departure………………… 100% (In case of partial cancellation of one or more members, 100% will be charged based on the original number of participants)
- Where is the boarding point?
- The scheduled cruise boat departs from Harumi Asashio Small Craft Pier. As for a private charter boat, you can choose other boarding/disembarking point. Please consult with our staff when making the reservation.

- How can I reach the boarding point in Harumi?
- You can reach there by a 5-minute walk from Kachidoki Station of Oedo line.

- Can I bring food onboard?
- You are not allowed to bring food/drinks from outside.
- Can I disembark in the middle of cruising?
- You are not allowed to leave the boat during the 150-minute cruise. We appreciate your understanding.
- Is there any entertainment show?
- For a private boat charter: We can arrange the Geisha girls or Traditional Japanese performing artists as optional service with additional fee.
For a scheduled cruise: You may enjoy the Japanese traditional performance or impersonators entertainment show on an irregular base. Please confirm the detailed schedule shown on our website.
- Do you have English (Bilingual) –speaking staff?
- We have a crew who can understand English and French as well. Please let us know when making the reservation if needed.
- Can I ask you to arrange the vegetarian meal? How about Halal?
- We can prepare the vegetarian meal. Please let us know the number of vegetarians when making the reservation. We are sorry but we cannot prepare Halal.
- Can I bring my big-sized belongings such as suitcase?
- We don’t have any cloakroom in the boarding point or onboard, however you may bring a small-sized suitcase.
- Can I smoke during the cruise?
- You are not allowed to smoke inboard, however there is a smoking section outboard.
- Can I be insured?
- Yes, you can. We took out ship insurance.
